As a Product Owner, I managed the development of product capability of Telstra Health's Aged Care & Community, Resident Manager, Aged Care application.
My role includes leading a development team and prioritizing the roadmap (Features/Epics), ensuring its alignment to the strategic company vision, facilitating wireframing and proto typing sessions with stakeholders, running ceremonies such as showcases, retros, sprint planning, sprint refinement and serving as the primary contact between the scrum team and management whilst managing the scrum team, sprints and backlog. I ensured that new functionalities are effectively tailored to patient care and leads/schedule management for various regions, government compliance, and ensure we meet our user's needs and experience. In my role I also collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure the applications integrate well together as well as co-ordinate the sprint releases to production. Assist in sales client meetings and demonstrations to drive product growth. Attend product roadshows and manage quarterly strategic planning sessions for product objectives and deliverables..
